If the colour you have chosen is wrong please return your item within 10 days of reciept to exchange for a different colour.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging. We do not issue refunds but will exchange for a different colour or a Paramount product of equal or lesser value.
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 10 days of delivery, unless an alternative arrangement has been made.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- The cost of us returning your exchange product is also your responsibility.
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
When posting your hair extensions back to us please include a pre addressed envelope. If you do not include the envelope we will post your extensions to you, after you have contacted us and paid via credit card or bank transfer.
